Compare with casting method, fabrication has its own advantages:

1-Time saving- casting requires a stable process from tooling, sand molding, melting, heat treatment and machining, however fabrication can use all material on hands to quickly start as per drawing.

2-Quality reliable- Casting process easy cause the shrinkage porosity, crack, stress issue , pin holes issue. Fabrication material always from section steel, roll plate ,all from the hot/cold draw process, nearly no issues like the casting. So some safety concern application, fabrication taking very important role.

3-Material Choices: Casting often involves specialized alloys and metals tailored for the casting process. Fabrication, on the other hand, allows you to work with a wide range of steel types, giving you more control over material selection.
